Business Outlook
Pros
As one of the companies under the Vista Equity Partners umbrella, we are undergoing a tremendous amount of change to further increase value to our customers, employees and shareholders. While change is not always easy, I applaud the changes and see we are heading in the right direction.
Cons
Change is difficult and we have lost some good employees who either did not like the changes, did not see the vision, or just felt it was time for a change during the great resignation. Losing people with industry experience is hard, but those still here are filling the voids and taking care of business. Departures have us playing catch-up with our capacity planning but we are almost fully staffing again.
