PlanSource values are in alignment with what I look for in a company: Empowering, fast paced and growing, providing exceptional customer service, and FUN! The employees have a wide range of experience and are really engaged. Seeing the results of hard work and new ideas has been very rewarding.

Cons

I enjoy working in a fast-paced enviroment that welcomes change, but it is not for everyone. PlanSoucrce is a good fit for people who embrace change and not so much for those who enjoy doing things "the way they have always done them."

Great Company To Work For

Pros

PlanSource provides for a great work-life balance. While the industry demands more work during peak times of the year, these are offset by flexible schedules, the ability to work from home and support by the management team. There has been alot of investment in growing the business the last 12-18 months and it is showing in product development, marketing and overall growth of the company. PlanSource provides many perks to their employees including office snacks, company paid parking or commuter benefits, monthly office celebrations and philanthropic community activities to name just a few. Career advancement is an option for anyone who is willing to put in the effort. I have enjoyed working for PlanSource for quite some time and they have afforded me the opportunity to grow my career from an entry level position to management.

Cons

Change is constant, but this generally produces healthy challenges that question the status quo and keep the company current. With Health Care Reform and all, how does a company like PlanSource avoid change anyways? Bottom line, if you don't like change, this may not be the industry for you.

Pros

They have generous benefits, flexible work environment, promote from within and have a great career development program. I have been with the company for a few years and have been promoted multiple times. Leadership team is great and really cares about the future of the company. Company culture is also a huge pro. Employees get to wear jeans every day and one of the offices even has a ping pong and foose ball table.

Cons

Compensation can be a little lower than larger companies but the knowledge and skills you will gain here are worth it.
