This company is in a niche benefits technology space and is expanding at a very rapid place, meaning that there is plenty of opportunity and growth available. The company offers a great benefits and wellness packages, and create a healthy work-life balance for those employees with children or employees who don’t live close to a PlanSource office. This company has nowhere to go but up.

- The recruiting process is incredibly thorough and really helps you determine if the company/role is a good fit for everyone. I began working at PlanSource about 2 months ago. I went through a lengthy interview process but felt extremely confident each step of the way thanks to my recruiter, Kristen Gresham. I've worked with recruiters at other tech companies and I've never felt so supported or inspired to keep moving forward through the process. Kristen was my first interaction with the organization. She worked so hard to help me navigate the interview and onboarding steps. Love, love, LOVE Kristen and the recruiting team! - The HR and IT teams are awesome. There's sometimes a little awkwardness when starting a new job, but Alana Bell in HR was very involved in my onboarding, helping ensure a smooth transition into PlanSource. Michael Jolly has helped me with all my IT needs and has done a lot to help me feel comfortable coming to him with any questions. I truly value the onboarding experience because it ultimately determines my immediate success on the team. Grateful for their care and patience! - I transitioned to PlanSource after working in a different industry. Additionally, I'm in a role that requires me to work with many different contacts in other departments. There's obviously a learning curve when transitioning to an industry as robust as tech + benefits administration software. However, every single employee I've collaborated with has been supportive and helped me find the resources I need to succeed. I've never worked somewhere where there were so many teammates cheering you on. - I adore my manager and director. They're friendly, approachable, and carve out time for you. You can tell they've worked hard to curate a team that shares the same passion and drives as them. It feels great to feel supported by so many peers and leaders. - The company genuinely cares about the employees as individuals. Due to the COVID delta strain, the Orlando office was met with a tough decision on how to handle it. They've shown that they're putting the health and wellbeing of their staff over egos. The leadership team has consistently kept us in the loop with any changes regarding COVID. I've been impressed at how they've been so transparent with all the employees since I've gotten here.
