1. Substandard pay 2. ClassPass offering as a substitute to gym membership/physical health reimbursement. 3. Obvious cost-saving tendencies regarding employees. 4. Lack of trust/investment in people from a lot of managers and executives.

Very disorganized company with extremely high turnover rate. Management lacks in communication and little to no training. They hire new waves of people and will instantly fire or lay people off instantly without warning. The manager there is careless and very unresponsive as well.

When PlanSource sold to Vista in 2019, new executive leadership entered. There is much disconnect and conflict between the new and the old. Lots of gossip, backstabbing, secrets, and overall negativity/toxicity. Felt like a den of narcissism to put it most simply. A few great leaders, some really poor ones who are only out for themselves. Sales department thinks they are superior to all other departments. Disconnected leadership teams are hard to work with. Below market salaries. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.
