      Decent pay, good coworkers, and great coffee selection.

      Cons

      High stress, newer management is inexperienced and inadequate, and a severe reliance on statistics rather than client happiness or service.

      Pros

      work/life balance support, support, SUPPORT! fair pay opportunities for professional growth support for personal growth management that HEARS your concerns and actually takes ACTION awesome co-worker culture that promotes strong work ethic while also having fun

      Cons

      not really a con, more the name of the benefits game... Q4 can be crazy, you'll definitely work a few extra hours here and there, but it is all to ensure our clients feel supported, which will only help solidify the client's decision to work with PlanSource.

      Great Concept - Poor Execution

      Pros

      There is an innovative "vibe" that accompanies the organization on the surface; there is a portion of executive leaders who care about the employees and their careers.

      Cons

      The innovative vibe that sells people on the product, or coming to work for them, is just that...a vibe. There is no substance behind it. The product is anything but innovative and all of the investment is made for sales (making more money) than actually innovating and delivering on their product capabilities. The operational management and delivery is questionable at best with the brut force of tribal knowledge to make the system work as it was sold. Executive leadership is a network of old friends, with no room for new thoughts or ideas. If new ideas or recommendations are brought to the table, they are viewed as a threat and the person bringing them forward is ridiculed or chastised either openly or behind their backs. While the culture is supposed to be open and friendly, it is actually toxic and backbiting.
