Pros
Coming from a large company of over 2,000 people to PlanSource was an adjustment - and a GREAT one! The ability to connect with the Executive Leadership staff is something I would have never been able to have in my prior company unless I was in a specific department. Even with the rapid growth there are still strong employee relationships, and different organizational changes have encouraged interdepartmental cohesion to drive more efficient work processes and client retention.
I've been at PlanSource for almost 2 years and the growth has been tremendous. It's great to see changes in our Recruitment process, the HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, and the benefits PlanSource works to develop to provide it's employees a healthy work/life balance.
It is the goal of the company to encourage one's development, and in my department I've seen a great emphasis on driving employees to develop their skill set. I've appreciated my management and how my personal career goals have been heard and encouraged.
Cons
The rapid growth has initiated some growing pains, but these are to be expected.
