Regarding your comments on maternity leave and bonus, we are proud to say we continually review and revise all benefits on a regular basis and listen to employee feedback to improve. In 2022 we implemented a new Parental Leave policy that offers up to 12 weeks for new parents, flexible return options, and adoption assistance. The feedback from our employees on this updated policy has been very positive. Additionally, some roles allow the opportunity for a bonus, we would encourage employees to discuss that opportunity with their manager to see if their role is applicable. Thank you again!
