      Pros

      Great employees, well-paid sales positions. Company is always looking to improve and take steps to make their product/services better. This is the best company I have ever worked for, even when it gets really busy.

      Cons

      It's difficult to keep good employees in service departments. Therefore, service issues end up being everyone's issue.

      Pros

      Flexibility! This word describes PlanSource in so many ways. Since my first conversations with PlanSource, they have upheld a commitment to allow me to work a reasonable, flexible schedule that is conducive to my young family. PlanSource is a fast-paced yet laid back working environment. Everyone works hard but seems to have fun while they are doing it. The PlanSource platform is one of the most configurable products I have seen in the industry - the flexibility of this system, still blows my mind.

      Cons

      PlanSource is growing fast therefore a few formal processes are absent. However, they have hired some talented people recently and I have already witnessed these processes improving.
