Due to the rapid growth, new hires are expected to learn a lot on their own and be self motivated. The retirement benefits are a bit lacking however the salaries offered are good enough to make up for it. With all the new changes there can be some confusion on what is right, but management does a good job of keeping everything going in the right direction. Work-life balance can be tough at times, with deadlines looming you are expected to keep on schedule however usually there is a period of relief to make up for it after completion.
