It's been encouraging to see the recent transitions moving in a positive direction. Leadership is focused on improvement and long-term success. The work environment remains supportive, and I enjoy being part of the team. There's a sense of momentum and opportunity that makes me excited for what's ahead.

Cons

Pros

The people you'd interact with day to day are good people to work with.

Cons

Over reliance on outsourced work. Adds a lot of extra headache to simple day-to-day work and the quality of the product suffers. Also doesn't pay well. They dangle a carrot to keep you around but rarely follow through with meaningful promotions/raises.
