      Pros

      Management team is really experienced and fun. After world domination but seems to have a sense of humanity. Culture is strong and the technology is world-class. Growth is really fun.

      Cons

      The growth comes with the usual issues. New people need to get up to speed and processes are evolving. And there's always things to do so it can be an intense (but positive) environment. Not for everyone.

      Pros

      PlanSource is a very neat company to work for! They're innovative and fun.

      Cons

      The downside for my particular department was the changes that were being implemented. For some, the changes would provide a career advancement, for others it was more stress than necessary as the decided to require Insurance Agent Licensing.

      Pros

      Good benefits, more casual dress code, very independent work environment. Fast growing and very open to employee suggestions.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be an issue (mostly with this industry in general) Having combined vacation and sick time is a bummer, as it ends up being less overall.
