      My reasons why I ENJOY working for PlanSource

      Pros

      I have been with PlanSource for less than 3 years and already I have been promoted 3 times. PlanSource allows me to work from home, whereas with other companies I was required to have long commutes to/from work. Everyone at PlanSource is not considered by me to be a colleague, they are more like family.

      Cons

      Fourth quarter open enrollment is sometimes difficult and a lot of work. But PlanSource does not make it impossible to deal with. PlanSource gives me the tools & employee resources to complete my work.

      Pros

      You have a chance to really make a positive difference here. Have never worked in a place where employee voice matters as much as it does at PlanSource. The work is specific. Hybrid approach is very employee centered. New benefit additions (unlimited PTO, país disability and unlimited sick time) make it clear that PlanSource wants employees to take care of themselves to deliver good work!

      Cons

      Comp is coming along- but in reality I see this is a con in most comodines who are dealing with inflation.
