      Pros

      - Very new product company, a lot to learn and also lots of opportunities to grow. - The higher management asks and listen to the mid-level leadership teams for any feedback and have action items based on that - Good work life balance, right now hybrid working is magic

      Cons

      Not much to say right now but I would have preferred the office location to be somewhere in Koramangala or city centre as the most population in the office will be ~200... why setup so far on OMR! If office is in city centre then that'll be one of the attractions to pull good talent (post Covid)

      - Work/life balance is hard to come by. - Perfect semi-entry level position to jump start a career in the benefits administration industry. - Great department managers (as of July 3, 2022).

      Cons

      - Compensation is much less than industry standard. - Promotions are slow or non-existent. - Benefits package is subpar for benefits administration company.
