      Pros

      Very Flexible, Unlimited PTO, Paternity Leave, Ability to advance in the company, Communications. WFH.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons I can say personally, I've worked plenty of jobs before and have had plenty negative to say about them but PS is actually one of the best places to work. Only thing with the remote work is that it would be nice to be able to work in any of the states, to my knowledge we can only work in a state that someone is already established in even if we're remote.

      My Journey with Plansource

      Pros

      I started as a PT employee within Distribution Team of Plansource. Now I am a Team Lead for the Implementation (Launch) Team. I look forward to the next step I take within the company. What's most important to me is that Plansource is a family friendly company. I am a mom of 3 kids and my managers work with me anytime a family matter arises. As long as you are a dedicated and hard working employee, they will work with you.

      Cons

      "Success is not a destination, it's a journey" Your path within the company may not go as you imagine it, however, as you start working, and discovering your strengths, you will realize your interests may change. Your path may change. I transitioned from the Distribution Team to Client Support. I never imagined I would move to the Implementation (Launch) Team, however, my managers saw my strengths and knew I would excel. Be flexible, you may surprise yourself.
