      A company that makes you feel part of a family

      Pros

      PlanSource is the first company I’ve worked for with a really strong HR presence - and I love it. A good corporate experience requires a strong HR team to manage the human aspect, and PlanSource does this wonderfully. Promotions are always available if you’re willing to work, and the organization is flush with opportunity for both vertical and horizontal job change. If you get an opportunity to work here, take it - you won’t regret it.

      Cons

      Lots of change due to venture capital investment, though it’s good for the company as a whole it can make for confusion at times.

      Management keeps this place going

      Pros

      PlanSource has an excellent upper management team that truly cares about the well being of the people. They make it a point to connect with each person to determine how everything is going and what support can be provided.

      Cons

      We have a lot of processes that are currently being re-evaluated to make the client experience better. This can lead to growing pains, but we are working through them.

      Smooth on-boarding, welcoming inclusive community, management sets you up for success, lots of snacks around, lots of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      joined the team at an odd time, right before the Covid19 quarantine. My department was downsized.
