They outsourced the Plansource Indian entity to Value labs and that has started the decline and potential downfall of Plansource. The new leadership is probably the worst that any company is unfortunate to get. They don’t have a clear vision, they are delusional, and they are just doing something with total lack of planning and proper execution. If there is anything that will cause the collapse of Plansource it’s this decision.

The HR team is one of a kind - the leadership of Jodie Ortiz is unmatched by any other individual in the company and PlanSource is lucky to have her!

Cons

The compensation could be more competitive - not only for HR team but for other lower leveled employees.
