Exciting and innovative LED products. Excellent entry and mid level personnel. Smaller, flexible company.

Cons

Poor cross-team functionality. Little to no plan for development and retention of internal talent. Senior leadership needs better talent and professional polish. Unrealistic quota structure demands much higher than industry growth. Comp plans are unclear and change frequently.
