Pros

Good, fun visual products despite competition nipping at their heels.

Cons

Obsessive focus on sales and sales people at the expense of support & technical staff. Myopic yet easily distracted management wastes money on pipe dreams and then nickel-and-dimes employees. Most US employees expect this to get worse now that company has been acquired by a disorganized foreign company.

Great people in the department but senior management is out of touch.

Cons

Company really only cares about the sales teams. Since the Chinese takeover the future looks... uncertain.
