Pros

When I first started the team was great and the work was interesting

Cons

- The CEO at the time made a special trip from Denmark to meet with us all in the finance team after a senior person there left. He was accompanied by a senior person from Xero. They both told us our jobs were safe and no changes were being planned. Around 6 months later about 75% of the finance team was made redundant. - The redundancies were managed terribly. One person's role was posted on LinkedIn before we were even told about potential redundancies and then 30 minutes after we were all told, the chief people officer made a rather gleeful announcement about the changes. - There's more I could add but it gets into specifics about people there at the time and I don't think that's allowed on Glassdoor unless it's about C-suite level people.

Lack of honesty and support, need to rethink their management structure.

Some of the people at the company are great fun Food market is great Nice communal space

Cons

No work/life balance Too much time spent prospecting due to no marketing team. You’re seen as just a number. You only become a person when you’re performing well. New strategy dismisses any and all previous accomplishments and effort. Targets getting harder.
