      - Great colleagues, very nice family day and work-life balance - Good processes and management, it helps a lot to guarantee the products' quality - Clear career path, good mentorship

      Great tech that hits the spots If it truly deployed danish culture across the business and stayed true to its roots this would be a huge pro

      If this business took care of its people it would be a winner. SMT is just a group of grown men jumping about on stage preaching about rocket ships and aiming for northern stars, great in principle but they’re close minded to accepting mistakes and realigning when required. High level of staff turn over is unnerving, seeing emails every day “today we decided to part company with...” Sales environment is cut throat and aggressive and this encourages team members to create fictitious deals.
