      Pros

      Above average salary. Friendly environment between colleagues but not with management.

      Cons

      Zero support offered since I've been here, one 1on1, very little mentorship or training provided. Poor sales processes resulting in poor sales figures in the company as a whole.

I’d really urge you to talk to your manager or someone in People Ops about this. We want all of our people to feel they have the skills and support needed to excel.       Great working culture Amazing people Startup working environment Fun to work at Planday Inspiring Senior Management team Trust and autonomy to manage your area is freely given

      Cons

      With your team in different countries, you need to communicate well and often. I personally love the fact we have such an International team and it does mean you have to sometimes travel to Copenhagen!
