Changes made without proper consideration of impacts

Lots of great colleagues in multiple offices Lovely office space Good opportunities for internal progression

Cons

Changes are made so rapidly without prior knowledge to the actual teams which are affected. No transparency with leadership, decisions made behind closed doors and simply rolled out. Not enough people, so many get more work piled onto them without checking in on how the actual individuals are doing. People are no longer a focus - its numbers, numbers, numbers. Hit and miss with managers, unfortunately not all are skilled or equipped to be a manager. Empathy is a skill not many possess. Onboarding for new hires leaves a true gap which needs further improvement. many left to acquire knowledge on their own, as their teammates are overwhelmed with the tasks but still have to find the time to try and train the basics as some managers are not situated in the same country. Turn over is quite high. Culture has definitely subsided in the recent months.

We are of course happy for your words on people and internal growth opportunities. We appreciate all your input on improvement areas like change management, transparency and onboarding. We see it as very important elements and we want to be better there. It is important to feel included and helped as an employee. Currently we are working intensely with our onboarding program so that we consider all new starters and their need for clarity and belonging even more. We also have an increased focus area on how to balance the level of management driven and employee driven changes. We believe it is often a matter of combining the two, that is a good way to go. Pros

Great culture, very skilled and motivated colleagues, good career opportunities, the best office in CPH, great work/life balance, good product with a lot of possibilities to never get bored

Cons

There is a bit of technical debt but slowly we get rid of it. Extra 5 days of vacation would be nice.

Pros

Great people, very social atmosphere and a great product. "Family" is one of the core value and it definitely feels like that every day.

Cons

If you don't like to be in a fast-growing company, then Planday is not for you.
