Great group of pilots Company has lots of potential

Cons

Fleet is being oversold & overworked, owners are taking notice with late departures. Attrition in the FOC means poor scheduling decisions Attrition in the pilot group means we are way understaffed Even very senior pilots are starting to get frustrated and are leaving

Pros

Run like a family company and management is understanding of family events and help to work around them when able. Lots of growth potential

Cons

The program is oversold and the stress gets put on the pilots and operations center to fix higher ups errors. Employee morale at an all time low due to increased workload with no relief in sight and feeling like we are trying to complete an impossible task nearly everyday Due to increasing costs related to above, management imposed a performance increase cap that is lower than cost of living increase.

Pros

New airplanes, fast upgrade time, excellent co-workers in all departments, decent benefits, large variety in flying (ex. Flying from JFK to a small grass field) helps keep the job interesting. Ability to select any reporting base. Great group of line pilots that are easy to work with.

Cons

Long hard days (6-8 legs a day)(especially in the summer season), poor communication between operations and line pilots (changes to schedule mid day with out notifying pilots),
