They do a good job at being a positive place to work.

Cons

Not the best pay, but maybe that will change as they start growing their fleet with the new jets.

Opportunities for Growth is merit based not seniority based (excluding pilots) Stable company in a generally unstable industry Excellent benefits for my family

Cons

Some of the more senior team members can be negative Schedules are seniority based but still allow for 3 days off per week Working weekends and holidays is the norm

Pros

The company has good benefits for health, 401K, etc. You are able to switch shifts almost whenever in order to get a day off. The company is very successful at what it does.

Cons

No feeling of fulfillment, no positive reinforcement, lack of work flexibility, unhappy management. The only feedback you will get is negative. No one in the office enjoys their job which is very apparent from the moment you start working here. They make the job out to be something that it is not.
