      Pros

      Best place I’ve ever worked. The company look after their people really well. Schedule (7/7) is known months, even years, in advance.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t the best. Some nepotism / favoritism.

      Pros

      Management works to make employees feel welcome. There are none of the obnoxious cliques that seem to form in most companies. Pay and benefits are reasonable.

      Cons

      Scope creep is common in most projects. Some of the groups in the Flight Ops / IT building don't communicate well with with the rest of the company because of the drive to the other building.
