Guaranteed days off... Honestly nothing else comes to mind.

Cons

Poor management, high attrition, low law, sub par benefits.

Pros

Great work environment. Amazing aircraft maintenance. Free to make own decisions pertaining to the operation of the flight as long as they stay within company guidelines.

Cons

Pay is low but is on par for a single engine turboprop. First Officers do not fly that much if you are remote based. 30 hours a month average flight time.
