Great work life balance, people are very understanding and chill

Cons

Salary Had huge layoffs and showed no empathy at all towards those they laid off. They didn't even say "thank you for your time and work you put in here" they literally will just say this is effective immediately and close the zoom call. Which is very hypocritical of them since they stated that one of their core values is "empathy"

Great benefits, great teams. Lots of people have been there for many years.

Cons

They are shutting my product down and haven't placed me somewhere else yet. I'm hoping that may change. Lots of growth, very fast, some growing pains.

The core values of the company are followed: Collaborative, Empathetic, Accountable, Trustworthy, Ambitious. My manager is kind and her manager is also. Small company feel. Interview process was virtual and was professional. Everyone gets treated the same here - very equitable environment. I have all the technology I need to do my job. Love this job!
