Amazing company with great trajectory!

Pros

World class executive team with visionary leader. Growth coming from multiple places (strong core product, acquisitions, new product launches). The employees seem to really care about the customer and are passionate about the industry.

Cons

As with many earlier stage companies, we still need to professionalize the broader systems. Growing pains are good though!

Pros

Manage up and your can progress your career on this sinking titanic.

Cons

Extremely incompetent upper management. CEO doesn't care about his customers or employees. Its a giant, greedy money grab all at the full expense of its dwindling customer base. C suite are all boot lickers with nothing to show for merit wise, all smoke and mirrors. Three companies brands Apteryx, dovetail and legwork all had their brands and sales run into the ground. If PlanetDDS is going to buy your company quit ASAP.

Pros

Growing company that offers flexibility and career growth. Great team dynamic with great guidance when needed. Benefits are pretty good, and the PTO policy is great! A lot of exciting times ahead!

Cons

Most employees work remotely which can be tough. Make sure employees have what they need to be successful in a remote work setting and ensure they feel valued.
