The amount of paid time off and employees resources are very good. It's a good short stepping stone for your career

Cons

It feels like they're doing all they can to get my entire department to quit. It's working. You shouldnt expect pay raises, but you should expect to be pressured to do jobs you never signed up for. Expect old school Corporal America company culture.

Planet DDS is a growth company with a significant and recent funding round. This means a lot of hiring over the next few years. The company has a proven platform of dental software solutions and a strong customer base including more 10,000 dental practice locations across North America. The employee base includes a lot of team members with experience working in dental practices who bring knowledge and understanding of those we are here to help. A great set of operating values and an empowering mission: "Unleashing dentists and their staff to focus on patient care"

Cons

High growth companies can be high change environments. This includes processes that are continuing to be developed and infrastructure still needing to be built. If you are considering a move to a growth company, it may offer fewer of the expected standard benefits that you might have received at a prior company. Fortunately, Planet DDS is moving quickly to provide these upgrades, including new employee training and new manager training programs.
