      Pros

      Company encourages open and independent sharing of ideas and when you mix in enthusiastic smart energetic team members, the energy in the place is so positive and addicting and really contributes to our success.

      Cons

      We're all so busy but would love more one on one time with other team members from other teams to get their impression of their input and mine into the growth of the company and our success. And develop new ideas on how we can all improve.

      Co-workers and management are intelligent and friendly. Everyone gets their job done, and are experts in their craft. Planet DDS has an impressive, modern business environment that focuses on future success. A major plus for Planet DDS is you can tell upper management truly cares for their employees. - Flexible (can work from home/remote!) - Strong growth outlook for the company - Continuous development on our software and services - Family-like culture - Solid compensation/benefits

      Cons

      We are growing in all departments, so there are some growing pains. Once processes/personnel are in place, this should smooth out over time.

      Pros

      Planet DDS has a solid product, good client base, great people and a strong and fun culture. It is a nimble and fast growing company that allows you to come in, apply your expertise and make your mark.

      Cons

      With any company that is young and growing, there is not a lot of formalized processes. But if you are willing to roll-up your sleeves you can create the process and the business you have always wanted to build.
