I've only been with the company for a short time now but I absolutely love it. PlanetDDS is a family oriented company. Working from home has been a true delight and it allows me the flexibility to drop off and pick up my son from school. Working closely with the team remotely has created a second family for me and allows us all to work productively and collaboratively without many of the traditional office hangups, distractions, and commutes. We are essentially a community of professionals all working together to give our customers the best possible experience. Compensation is fair, Medical coverage is fair, PTO policy is modern. Management Team is open, transparent, and flexible where appropriate. The company is growing and productive and we're all proud of it. What more could one ask for?
