Planet DDS is constantly looking at ways they can improve internally (whether it be culture, benefits, etc.) and externally to best support our customers. I feel leadership takes the employee's ideas seriously and empowers us to do our best work.

Cons

Overall very positive company culture, but it can be difficult to feel that at times without having regular, in-person company gatherings.
