They do send you a lot of swag!

Cons

Current upper management has created a toxic work environment where employees are hesitant and scared to speak up. Also, employees are micromanaged and expected to fall in line, not make waves, and do only what they're asked to do. Upper management plays favorites, does not appear to value experience, and prefers rather to surround themselves with people they have worked with before and/or anyone who is non-threatening to the culture they've created.
