Every year change the title and structure. No Senior Position which demotivate the employee. When ask for better benefit and the manager asked to change team if want better benefit which is unacceptable. No bonus if the contract didn't mention and you will not get any bonus but only 2% increment every year. Poor system and still using many manual works. The system need to be upgraded. Before you sign the contract to join this company, make sure you offer the really best offer, otherwise no adjustment will be made on your salary but only 2% average increment. The senior position is hardly to get if he/she still there.
