Pros

An opportunity to work with some very competent, experienced and qualified employees. Great, flexible work environment that is agile. The company is undergoing some huge changes and as a niche player is a lucrative industry. It's a place where you can get noticed if you are willing to put in some hard work.

Cons

Some very tradional aspects to the company which makes it feel smaller than it is. This can be mistaken as too relaxed in work style.

Pros

This company has a great work environment. Some good people to work with. You can get flexible hours depending on which team you work with. Also you can get market rates for your role.

Cons

They are a bit slow in terms of moving to the latest technologies. No employee bonus schemes.
