Amazing and mission-driven people who truly believe in making an impact. Work/life balance can be really good. (depending on the team).

Cons

NO CAREER GROWTH. No tangible and consistent solutions/products. Lack of GTM strategy. C level is constantly changing direction. No transparency. 2 layoffs in less than a year. C level in SKO: "We've got this"! - 4 months later, almost 20% layoff. Planet should have never gone public in 2021.
