I’ve dedicated many years to this company because I truly believe in its mission and the incredible potential it has. That’s why it’s especially painful to feel overlooked or dismissed, particularly when I’ve consistently given my best and taken on increasing responsibilities—often without being asked.
I’m proud to be one of the original Planeteers who helped shape the values and direction of this company. In times of change, especially following acquisitions, it’s essential that HR works closely with experienced managers to ensure teams stay aligned and efficient. Growth is exciting, but when it’s unmanaged, it can dilute the very culture that made us successful in the first place.
It’s frustrating to see that, despite years of proven commitment, the voices of those with long-standing knowledge are sometimes ignored in favor of newer, less experienced individuals. I’m particularly disheartened by the lack of support and leadership shown by my manager in recent situations. I expected more collaboration, more listening, and more vision.
I care deeply about this company, and I want to see it thrive. That’s why I speak up—not out of bitterness, but because I know we can do better.
