They are doing good work in the world with their satellite data.... just, not as much as they could be/as advertised. You'll work with a lot of super-smart, kind folks. Leadership is overall good and compassionate. There are exciting new things on the horizon you could be part of.

Cons

The company is struggling to meet shareholder expectations since going public and overpromising. There have been a few rounds of layoffs, including me. Many of the engineering and space teams have very valid concerns; I wasn't in these departments, but my review would be one less star if I was.
