The few good people they can manage to recruit find a way to get out FAST! If you have no skills and willing to work for peanuts, this is the place for you.

Cons

They have no idea how to manage govt contracts. At ALL! Dishonest. Cheapest butt in seat operation. Manipulate and dishonest with customers/employees. If you like hush money agreements this is the place for you.

We are always hoping to learn on any exit interviews with folks so that we can improve as an organization. I am not familiar with the sentiment posted here on any of our exit discussions. We are a collaborative environment, offer exceptional benefits, pay competitively, and reward success. For most, they succeed in this type of environment. As it relates to our clients, I can tell you that most of our customers are repeat and I am very proud of that. For example, we are still supporting one of our largest government clients going on 21 years. Best wishes in your future endeavors.

A pretty good place - great projects, great Microsoft relationship

Outweigh the cons. Strong Microsoft relationship, cool projects, good people. Mature internal IT and HR. Very strong consultants. Great leaders.

Cons

My manager avoids conflict and addressing problems. You may not get a review - ever. You have to be willing to deal with a LOT of chaos. Fairly high turnover in my group, not overall. Immature project management..

I realize that you may be uncomfortable discussing your experience with me directly since this information has been shared on this forum. We work in a fast paced environment with both exciting and challenging/cool customer projects. This is what makes it fun and we are fortunate to have a team that works hard to support one another and as a result our team and clients benefit from our passion.

Paid on time. Never have to wonder if you will be paid on time.

Cons

The back office has poor communication and does not help employees as other office support would. My advice if don't take an offer here unless this is your only choice.
