Pros

- Everyone I worked with was welcoming and friendly - In a vacuum, pay was on par with industry standard - They were very receptive to my professional feedback during exit interview

Cons

- Expect to get thrown into projects with zero training. I was thrust into several projects with no history, no training or understanding of company project processes and procedures - Endless meetings daily. Not sure how you are supposed to do actual work when your day is filled with meeting after meeting - Project managers have no respect for your calendar. You can block out focus time, lunch, etc and they schedule right over top of it. At one point i voiced that I wasn't doing a meeting at X time because I need to get lunch during the day and I was booked from 10am to 3pm solid with meetings. The meeting gets canceled and they proceed to reschedule it for the next day right over my lunch again (while i was packed with meetings that day too) - You are assigned on projects for weekend work, without ever being asked, "Is this a viable weekend for you". - The company talks about work life balance, but with the endless amount of meetings daily the only way to stay on top of timelines is to put in massive hours outside the 8-5. - Concurrent project planning is subpar. At one point I was allocated 85 hours of project work for one week and none of the projects wanted to adjust timelines because of slippage. Their only solution was can we make task a, b, and c take only X hours instead of Y hours. - They pull resources off projects then throw you in as a resource with no history of the project. Each project is supposed to have an architect and consultant on it. Multiple projects the architect was pulled off then I was expected to be both architect and consultant all in one (while having zero training on the processes for either).
