      Pros

      Some of the most knowledgeable and credentialed Microsoft technology professionals in the country. The company has a stellar reputation as a Microsoft partner. Places very high emphasis on customer satisfaction. Treats employees well, offering flexible work schedule and benefits. Planet is a great corporate citizen, giving back to the community in many ways.

      Cons

      Vertical markets operate independently and miss out on opportunities to leverage resources. Ironically, could better apply technology internally to achieve company objectives.

      Thank you for the comments all around. Starting a new initiative on Monday based on some of the info here. Great point on the vertical markets area. We work hard to improve on this. As the company grows, some challenges are trying to keep communication and collaboration strong. One of the things I love most about Planet is the way our team is willing to share information at so many levels. With the utilization of Yammer and some other tools that we will begin incorporating over the next several months, I believe that you will see big changes here.
