      Friendly work environment Great work benefits One of the best thinks about PlanetArt is there are No egos all are checked to the doors, If you have an idea the leadership at Planetart open to listen. We have a CEO and President that is always looking for ways to say thanks to all! By samples things like lunch everyone and employee’s birthday month recognition and lastly one of the best thinks that Roger and Todd do is walk around the office in the morning sometimes just to say good morning and nice to see you, we all know that both Roger and Todd mean it!

      Pros

      The best big Company with a small town feel! The CEO is amazing, the President is awesome and the COO is a complete and total visionary! It is so wonderful to work for a Company that has a solid vision for the future, has made it a point to power through some of the most difficult situations while making employees whole through the entire pandemic. Probably the most caring Company I've worked since, well, forever. I always feel appreciated and feel like a valued member of the team. If you work hard, have a positive attitude and meet your goals, the sky is the limit here.

      Cons

      With many acquisitions, the workload has become a bit overwhelming at times but it's quickly resolved or only happens at certain times of the year. We need to focus on more work/life balance for our teams.

      More than a job PlanetArt is a place where you can grow and hone your skills. A truly entrepreneurial environment where everyone has a voice and a seat at the table regardless of position or title. Working with some of the best in the business and learning first-hand how to succeed is one of the many reasons Planetart has many employees that have been with the company with for 15-20+ years.
