Pros

I've been working at PlanetArt / Avanquest for 13+ years and love it here. Not only does upper management care about the quality of products & services they offer, they care about their customers and they especially care about their employees. That was made abundantly clear during the pandemic. They didn't let go of a single person do to COVID 19, they procured a ton of equipment making it possible for most employees to be able to work from home and when they brought use back to the office on a hybrid schedule, they completely altered the offices to make it very safe to come back. Also, I think it's important to note I've received a pay increase every year I've been here, even during the 2008 financial crisis and during the pandemic.

Cons

None really, I've been very happy here.

Cons

Lots of moving parts to keep track of as a result of high paced growth. Hard to call it a con though.

Pros

What a blessing. I love my role at PlanetArt. My job is super rewarding. My work makes a difference to our customers and our world. Company leadership is inspired. And the initiatives we work on are cutting edge, innovative and never dull. I have had lots of opportunity here and couldn’t be happier. So many opportunities to learn.

Cons

For a while (problem has since been resolved) there was a bit of toxicity coming from technology leadership at a company PlanetArt acquired in Kentucky. (Those people didn’t share PlanetArt’s vision and had just about the worst work ethic as a group I had ever seen.) They had a negative impact on company culture until they all (predictably) left. If Ron the looks of it these are the only people who have posted bad reviews here. Antwat, it’s a far better company without them, and now the only con is no longer. :)
