      very respectable organization, I feel privileged to get to advance the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      very micromanaged work environment. the management nit picks over things that really shouldn't matter and it makes the work day more stressful than necessary. the employee turnover rate is abnormally high...

      Great work-from-home setup, but leadership issues persist

      Pros

      Working from home, great donors and volunteers.

      Cons

      Leadership is severely lacking since the merger on July 1 which was more of a takeover. Fundraising systems are very bureaucratic and being part of the national program means many donors are giving locally and 30% is still being passed to national.
