PTO Benefits were excellent Mission-Driven Work The organization is deeply committed to patient access and reproductive healthcare. The frontline staff are passionate and resilient in high-demand environments.

Cons

Limited Autonomy at the Site Level Leadership structure is highly centralized, with decision-making often driven regionally rather than locally. Micromanagement/pressure driven Culture Oversight frequently extended beyond accountability into detailed monitoring, which impacted trust and empowerment. Redundant Reporting Processes Multiple layers of confirmation and email reporting for completed tasks created inefficiencies and administrative burden. Psychological Safety Inconsistencies Constructive disagreement or upward feedback did not always feel supported. Shift in Engagement Post-Resignation After providing notice, communication dynamics changed noticeably and quickly. The shift reinforced the importance of values alignment and consistent leadership culture.
