Pays well and they have nice offices.

Cons

I was a student during my internship with them. I struggled to take courses along with the internship. it got to the point where my boss told me to put the internship over school. Following this request, I had to leave the internship and go to the hospital as my kidneys were failing. I literally had no time to sleep/drink enough water to live.

Flexible schedule and ability to flex your working hours. There are some really cool people that work at the company.

Cons

The culture took a 180 once covid-19 hit. Management doesn't have to see your face, so they don't care how deep your drowning. Teams will continuously pile more and more work on, and make you feel bad if you ever speak up. All the while, partners and management will hold the unspoken threat of terminating you if you step out of line. Some partners are great and seem to truly care about their teams. Some partners act like you're a thorn in their foot and they can't be bothered to learn your name. Overall, I was significantly disappointed with how the company changed so drastically over the past year.

We recognize that navigating COVID- 19 hasn’t been easy. Our staff have always been encouraged to bring concerns related to workload or work-life balance to their supervisor or HR. That hasn’t changed and has actually been encouraged more in our remote work environment. We work hard to address concerns staff bring to our attention. Over the last year we saw some common themes emerge and responded by implementing Plante Moran Work-From-Home Remedies, which offers additional flexibility, more balance, technology enhancements, and financial support to ease the stress of challenges from the pandemic. We’re so proud of our staff and all they’ve accomplished through these unprecedented times

Nice new office, some partners were nice.

Cons

the people are just weird. My manager said some creepy (sexual stuff). Others just did not seem like they ever had an answer to my questions.
