I am with Planview for almost a year now and I must say that this is one of the best places to work with. The teams here are very young, energetic and techies where there is a great scope to learn and explore new ideas and technologies. The company believes and follows a flat hierarchy and has an open door policy. The work-life balance is really commendable. The work culture here is amazing. True space for teamwork. In-house facilities like cafeteria, pantry, library, games, and parking slots are well sufficed.

Freedom to pursue ideas or interests.. build interesting solutions from a technical perspective and have known people who switched from backend to frontend, test automation to backend, and so on based on interest (provides learning opportunity) Encourages learning.. like learning on the job, books, others experiences Fosters collaboration.. team work over individual's work, more meeting spaces, and collab tools. Respects people and work Trusts employees that they'd do their best in their job. Not to forget the fun part.. festive celebrations, outings, chit-chat over chai, team lunches and in-office table tennis, carrom, chess, library for book lovers and so on Good pay, (almost) free lunch and dinner

Limited work from home as the belief is in direct human collaboration No individual awards or honors.. believes in collaboration as opposed to individual stardom No food coupons Role absence in local office.. Managment notes but action takes time
