We understand that workforce changes, especially those involving global shifts, can be incredibly difficult. While our goal is to position the business for long-term success and growth, we recognize that how these transitions are handled — for both people and teams — matters just as much. With great support from our global teams, which all have knowledge of our products, we have been very successful with ramping up our product engineering teams in India. The teams have done a fantastic job of defining and delivering on our roadmap and initiatives. Our ELT leaders strive to create a culture of openness and ability to ask questions via our “Ask Us Anything” sessions.
