I had noticed a consistent trend in the management style and overall work environment that impacts both team morale and productivity. There appears to be a culture of favoritism, where only local employees are promoted, regardless of performance or qualifications. This practice creates a sense of exclusion and discourages team members who aren't part of this preferred group.
Furthermore, the management style could be described as toxic. Constructive feedback is rare, and instead, interactions often feel confrontational and lack the support that employees need to develop and succeed. This has led to an environment where employees feel undervalued and unmotivated. To build a truly inclusive and productive workplace, I believe management should be more open to diverse talent and adopt a more supportive approach to leadership.
