-Enthusiastic Bay area start-up culture -Great people -Good cutting edge technology

Cons

-Mis-guided management -Competing for start-up funding. Can get lost in the funding shuffle -Product management slow to respond to customer needs -Unfortunately, Platfora was sold to Workday and the company I loved working for was dismantled

Pros

A fast moving company with a big vision and making it happen. Some very bright, dedicated and truly nice colleagues. A special team. Oh and did I mention the food?

Cons

It's a start-up so work life balance was zero at times, but the company did what it could to make employees happy.
